Friday: Week Four

Read John Kremer's Book Marketing Tips Newsletter and make contact with three of his recommendations.
http://www.bookmarket.com
Contact libraries in your area and find out if they are purchasing eBooks. If they are find out what formats they purchase and create your book on that format. Send a free review copy to the Acquisition Librarian at each library that accepts eBooks.
Marketing Evaluation for the Week Analyze what is working and what is not working. Remember that marketing consists of making numerous impressions. The more articles and sample chapters you put to work for yourself the greater the impact in your efforts.
Think of each e-zine article as a professional person that is going out and contacting people in your behalf. Your sales professional is working 24 hours a day 7 days a week and has an unlimited territory. Remember this. In traditional book marketing you need to sell one million books in order for you to gross one million dollars.
When you self-publish an eBook and the selling price is only 10 dollars you only have to sell two-hundred thousand eBooks to gross one million dollars in sales. (This is assuming you have other eBook selling websites processing all of your eBook orders)
Now it gets even better. If you are offering ten separate eBooks for sale from your website, you only have to sell ten thousand of each eBook to earn one million dollars in sales!
Since you have learned how to get your eBooks published and sold on other websites it is very possible that you will not have to sell that many books off of your own website to make all this happen.
We wish you success!
